What is leader??
1)encourage team members
2)bring hopes
3)have good followers
4)punctuality
5)responsibility
6)have good communication skill
7)got a good target
8)can solve problems
9)can "borrow" the team strength
10)can tolerance
11)have good direction
and etc....
i sure one day i can be a good leader,i can do it....because i am a learning leader...can learn everythings such like leader skills....and i am KONG HONG ZHI ...sure i can do it...gambate.....
